Labour and Birth Support
The best way to describe our birth doulas, is like a birthing diplomat/advocate. We are there to make your birth better supported. We understand the medical jargon and also know what you want within your birthing experience. Helping everyone connect is what our birth doulas are so passionate about.
Research shows that birthing people who use a doula are less likely to use pain medication, have cesarean births, have lower cases of postpartum depression, and have a decreased chance of a negative birthing experience.

"The postpartum care was phenomenal both Riley and Adele were there to answer any questions we had which as new parents there were a lot. Once my partner went back to work Adele came and helped me out around the house when I needed it which I am so grateful for as two months later I am definitely still trying to adjust."
